The Emergency Communications System (ECS) is a free service that allows employees of financial institutions to receive communications from their regulatory agency during emergencies or cyber events.
Contacts of registered financial institutions in the ECS can use this application to view and update their contact information.
In addition, regulators can use the app to initiate emergency communications.
